Key terms: A licensed-veterinarian exam is required within 72 consecutive hours after transfer. The one-year guarantee covers serious, documented qualifying hereditary/genetic or congenital conditions. Approved claims receive one replacement puppy—not a cash refund or veterinary-bill reimbursement. Puppies are pet-only. No home visits. The signed agreement controls.
